Traveling west on 6th Street, eŌs is located in the second building on the left after Campbell Street. Look for the yellow awning on the ground floor of the Hartland Plaza. As you pull into the drive way,take an immediate right following the "Customer Parking" signs. Parking is located in front of the building and in the parking garage.

Who We Are
Dr. Steven Rasmussen, eŌs Dermatologist and Medical Director, works with our aestheticians to provide you with the solutions that help you best achieve your desired results. To read more about who we are, go to our about us page.
Arrive approximately 15 minutes before your appointment to relax in our Serenity Lounge. This will give you time to settle in and complete any necessary forms. This will also allow us to provide you and other clients with prompt appointments.
You can download most patient forms and instructions from this web site. Available forms include patient history forms or post care instructions for various procedures done in our office.
We respectfully request cell phones and PDAs be turned off. It is for your peace of mind as well as those around you. As a courtesy to our guests, we ask that children not be brought to the MedSpa.
If at any time during your treatment, you do not feel comfortable with the temperature, pressure or technique being used, please do not hesitate to let us know. We appreciate the opportunity to make your visit relaxing and comfortable.
Depending on the type of service, there may not be a need to disrobe. Standard and plus-sized spa wraps and robes are available for your comfort during your stay and for purchase.
Concerns relating to pregnancy, impaired mobility, allergies, recent surgeries, or medical conditions should be discussed with Dr. Rasmussen or an aesthetic provider prior to your treatment. We respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable.
Please book appointments two weeks in advance when possible. We request that appointments be held with a credit card, gift card, or pre-paid credit.
Cancelled, missed, or rescheduled appointments with less than 24-hours notice are subject to a $35 fee.
All sales of products and services are final at the time of purchase. Returns are not accepted.
When a special reaches its expiration date, it loses its promotional value. You can no longer receive the original promotion.
If you have made a deposit down and have not booked an appointment by the expiration date, you can use the monetary value of the deposit on another med spa service of your choice. eŌs Dermatology honors this offer for 12 months from the date of purchase or date of deposit.
